Since its inception in 1997, the “International Symposium on Fuels and Lubricants” has served as a vital platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration across the fuels and lubricants value chain. As India’s energy demand continues to grow, the need for sustainability and decarbonization has become increasingly important. In this transition, cleaner fuels and energy-efficient lubricants have a critical role to play.

Bringing together component manufacturers, additive suppliers, formulators, testing and certification agencies, researchers, policymakers, and end users, ISFL provides a unique forum to exchange ideas and drive innovation.

The theme of ISFL 2027, “Accelerating Decarbonization Through Advanced Fuels & Lubricants,” reflects our commitment to developing practical solutions for a lower-carbon future.

Fuels & Lubricants towards
Sustainable Energy Transition

14^th Symposium in the series, ISFL 2025 will be organized during March 20-22, 2025, in Hotel Vivanta by Taj, Surajkund, Delhi NCR, Faridabad, Haryana, India. The theme of this symposium is “Fuels & Lubricants towards Sustainable Energy Transition“. This symposium will focus on the needs and solutions for Sustainable Energy Transition through Fuels & Lubricants. Special emphasis will be given to energy efficient lubricants required for meeting emission regulations, energy & fuel efficiency, durability norms and environmental issues. In addition to the above, Sustainable & Futuristic Fuels for Transportation and new excitements in additives for fuels and lubricants will also be discussed.
